Reasons to use Rewarding Travel

We can:

advise you on destinations for your preferred trip
advise on accommodation options (hotels, villas) for your stay that best suit you for your trip - a combination of location and a "personality" best suited to your style
book and confirm your accommodation and perks you will receive
arrange flights through a ticketing partner (who charges a separate booking fee).

For a modest flat fee, we also offer a Concierge service to:

arrange transfers between your arrival and your hotel
using our local knowledge, construct an itinerary for you of what to see and do during your stay and make priority bookings on your behalf
ensure you receive VIP treatment throughout your stay.

What if I have tier status with a Loyalty Program?

We know the major loyalty programs very well. So we can help you find the best way to use your membership.

If staying at a property participating in your loyalty program, booking through us will result in you still receiving your rewards points and tier points - unlike booking through an OTA such as Expedia, Agoda etc. You cannot "double-dip: but you will receive the better of the perks associated with tier status and what we can obtain from our preferred status with different hotels.

Unfortunately, many programs regularly devalue their points and benefits or "re-categorise" properties, so many of the programs are not as valuable as they once were. Peak/Off-peak pricing or Dynamic pricing anyone?

The perks we obtain for you are independent of the hotel loyalty programs and unaffected by such changes.

Who is Rewarding Travel?

Rewarding Travel Pty Ltd ABN 36 737 107 725 is a travel agency. We are an affiliate of the Fora Travel group. Together we have access to specially negotiated arrangements for our clients with Virtuoso, Couture by Langham, Preferred Platinum, SLH withIN, Jumeirah Passport to Luxury, Dorchester Diamond Club, Hyatt Prive, Four Seasons Preferred, Belmond Bellini, Hilton Impresario, IHG Luxury & Lifestyle and others.

Will booking via Rewarding Travel cost me more?

No. You will pay the standard (flexible, best available) rate that anyone would pay if booking direct without our perks.

Can I book a hotel stay using Rewarding Travel if have tier status with a Loyalty Program?

Of course. You will receive the better of your loyalty program's tier entitlements and reward points in addition to the perks you receive by booking through us.

If I have tier status with a Hotel Loyalty Program and book using Rewarding Travel will I get a double upgrade?

Unfortunately no. Where there is an overlap between our perks and those of your tier status, you only receive a perk once.

Can I book an awards stay through Rewarding Travel?

Unfortunately no. We can help you with making cash bookings (for which you will earn points) and the tours and sights to see, but redeeming points for a stay can only be done through your member account.

Who is Virtuoso travel?

Virtuoso is essentially a travel agency network focused on luxury accommodations. With tens of thousands of approved travel advisors worldwide, Virtuoso uses it's contacts and purchasing power to allow you to enjoy extra elite-like benefits and perks when staying at thousands of luxury hotels and resorts around the world. The sweetest part is that you won’t need to pay extra to enjoy these benefits.

How can I join Virtuoso?

It isn't open to the public. Only travel advisors can join Virtuoso and they are selected and join only by invitation.
To obtain the special amenities, you must book directly with a Virtuoso accredited travel advisor, such as Rewarding Travel.

What are Virtuoso benefits?
