The "Power Up" promotion is for stays competed through January 5, 2020 (“Promotion Period”) at any hotel or resort within the Hilton Portfolio. Hilton Honors members will earn Double Hilton Honors Points or triple points if using a Hilton Honors Credit Card.
Hilton Honors™ members must first registerfor the PowerUp promotion, prior to booking their stay.
The festive season is just around the corner, but there should still be enough time to book a stay to visit family and reward yourself with a
present of double points at the same time!
World of Hyatt has added a 40% bonus (28.5% discount) to its sale of points, if more than 5,000 points (maximum 55,000) are purchased. This offer closes 31 Dec 2019.
In order to participate in a purchase transaction, you must have already been a member for at least 60 days.
This is Hyatt’s best points sale as this is the cheapest rate at which Hyatt generally sells its currency (USD 17.10 per thousand compared to USD 24 usually).
If you need/want Hyatt points then the Hyatt Dec 2019 Points sale is a great opportunity to buy them.
This sale applies to stays booked before January 28th 2020 and completed by August 31st 2020. This provides plenty of time yet to book and also lots of scope for when and where you can stay .
Hilton’s winter sale tends to offer some of the best prices of the year, so if you are looking to book for a break, now is a very good time to do so.
Another generous offer from Hilton. Members can save up to 25% off their stays through September 30, 2020. The Hilton 2019 year-end sale is available for bookings made between December 3 and January 12, 2020. Again, if you are looking to book for a break either in the southern hemisphere summer/autumn or northern hemisphere winterrrr through spring, now is a very good time to do so.
Year-end is also the season when airline and hotel loyalty programs often make changes to their programs - including points devaluations.
So when taking advantage of any offers between now and late December, ensure you are fully booked in. Any bookings in January or partial payments (eg Bonvoy Points advance) will leave you open to a potential devaluation and missing out on the value you thought you would be getting.
